What do you remember about your wedding?

What things do you most remember about your wedding?

My wedding was the best day of my life. Of course most brides think it is or want it to be. I remember looking at my husband’s face when he first saw me in my wedding dress as I walked down the isle. During his vows, I was pretty strong but when I had to say mine I balled the entire time. I do not think any one understood what I was saying. I am not a very sentimental person so, all of my guests were very touched that I was crying. There was not a dry eye in the house.

During my reception, the mariachis that serenaded us were unbelievable. And the most memorable for my guests was the “Tequila” fountain. My husband is half mexican so everyone had a great time with the Tequila. I remember our first dance, song, Frank Sinatra, The way you look tonight. Our last song, “Let’s get it on”. We had a wonderful time. Some of my friends commented to me that they were so nervous during their wedding day that they forgot to have a good time. I made sure we had a good time. Whatever was missing, if anything no one noticed, and I did not make a big deal about it.
